Bistro 990 would love to be your host. We do not charge a rental fee for our private second floor. However, we do require that our guests spend a minimum of $1500 per function. This price includes taxes and a 15% automatic gratuity charge.
Sit Down Dinners & Lunches
• We can accommodate up to 65 people at a sit down dinner or lunch event.
Cocktail Parties• We can host up to 250 people at a private party function.
Menu Selection• Must be submitted at least two weeks in advance. On all food costs, 8% PST, 5% GST and 15% gratuity will be added.
Beverage and Bar Selection
• Should a special product be required, we will purchase it on your behalf. On all beverage costs, 10% PST, 5% GST and 15% gratuity will be added.
• Ontario liquor laws will not permit any service of alcoholic beverages after 1:00 a.m. All entertainment should be ceased at that time in order to clear the house by 1:45 a.m
•We need to know the number of guests in your dinner or lunch party 72 hours in advance. Should the
number of guests exceed this estimate, we will do our best to accommodate them. In the event that no
guarantee is provided, you will be charged for the number of people on your contract.
• We will prepare a written estimate of the cost of the function.
• $500 deposits are required for all accounts and the balance is due on the date of the function.
• If the total cost of the event does not reach our minimum requirement of $1500 (including tax and
tip), you will still be charged the full $ 1500.
